Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible for leading the human resources unit and facilities management unit of HKCAAVQ. The main duties may include overseeing the operation of human resources functions and facilities management.
Requirements
Applicants should possess a first degree comparable to HKQF Level 5 in Human Resources Management and / or Facilities Management or related discipline preferably with a post-graduate degree, plus at least 12 years of relevant post-qualification work experience. We are looking for a meticulous, responsible and flexible individual who has excellent planning, organisational and management skills, including good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua). Being proactive with the capacity to work independently is essential. An understanding of the education system in Hong Kong would be of an advantage.
Conditions of Service and Application Procedures
Initial appointment will normally be made on a two-year contract subject to renewal. We offer competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, contract-end gratuity, plus fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits.
