• Manage IT budget for Branch projects globally through working with the business and Corporate Real Estate to ensure budget are provisioned correctly.
• Define branch related technology standards that caters for a tiered approach to help simply and standardise the Technology Experience to meet business requirements.
• Own and manage the relationship between ITID Operations Client Services, RBWM Technology and the branch business. Ensure branch users obtain the most effective IT support.
• Work collaborative with stakeholders on branch related projects to ensure IT requirements and cost are managed for branch globally with defined tier standards
• Manage the delivery of branch IT systems which are identified as not falling within any core platform portfolios
• Perform Review of current technology footprint to identify opportunity to consolidate and uplift the offering in order to reduce complexity and simplify operational support and delivery
• Work with Product Management Teams and Architects to ensure Branch technologies and systems evolve meet business requirements
• Own and manage third party relationships as required
• Manage a team who are responsible for Sales and Channel Branch Infrastructure projects globally
• Ensure recruitment of resources within Channels verticals, in line with HR and Technology guidelines
• Responsible for career development, talent management and succession decisions for resources within team
• Deliver in accordance with all enterprise standards and controls
  

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience is dealing with senior business stakeholders
• Sound knowledge of Fintech and innovative technologies, design patterns and keep abreast of latest technology trends, with experience in
• IT experience in global top tier financial industry with experience in roles in IT architecture
• Ability to work with domain and technology experts globally to develop solution from high level architecture to detailed design level.
• Experience in end user technologies, development and service management roles
• Demonstrated experience in delivery IT services, projects and managing end user support
• Subject Matter Expertise in respect of the technical aspects of the Retail Banking Customer, Operations and Regulatory Systems
• Passion for technology and understanding how things work
• Knowledge or experience in executing corporate real estate projects is an advantage
• Experience in Degree level education in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant discipline.
• Ability to navigate in an international environment, understanding the prime importance of good coordination, having a process and clear communication to operate in the space of a very large and distributed organisation
• Good interpersonal skill, good organisation, ability to multitask and switch contexts relatively easily
