The manager of authorisations and archiving is responsible for planning, organising, leading and controlling the IT Application Management for the relevant business processes in a global context and ensuring that services are rendered in keeping with the agreed targets by using the prescribed standards and tools – specific disciplines covered: BND / Service Operations, Overall Application management Process and Service Quality across all BMW Prime Processes (Enabling, OtD, OtO, DtCC, CRM, Financial Services).B Comm. / BSc degree in Business or Information Technology or Engineering or equivalent degree or work experience.
5+ Years managerial experience including financial responsibility and medium to large team leadership responsibility.
5+ Years’ experience as a Manager of Multiple IT Projects and/or Application Operations and Support Services for large Enterprise Systems (specifically SAP), including exposure to IT Project Management, System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and ITSM (ITIL).
As an advantage: 3+ Years’ experience in the Quality Steering and Reporting of IT Operations (KPIs, SLAs)
As an advantage: 3+ Years’ experience in the Financial Steering of IT Functions with International Responsibility
As an advantage: 3+ Years’ experience working on international projects or assignments
As an advantage, additional general mixed experience in IT systems, infrastructure and application architectures and technologies e.g. Operating Systems, Networks, Servers, Databases, Backup, Storage and Archiving, Web Technologies (Internet, Intranet), End Devices, Security (Encryption, Authentication, Anti-Virus), middleware and connection interfaces.
