Head of IT would drive and execute the IT strategy for the Nokia-Shanghai Bell (NSB) organization, which would support the creation of new revenue streams for Nokia, and increase operational efficiency, providing new solutions to meet external customers and internal stakeholders’ requirements with the best quality. Responsible for leading a team who will roll out the enterprise architecture; the infrastructure and digital workplace - Manage virtual labs, global and open data centers and would utilize technologies by exploiting open source and collaborative tools, apps and process operating in a cloud environment, the enterprise applications needed for the business, while ensuring the compliance and cyber-security controls are in place.

• Contribute to the definition of the global IT strategy, and its implementation in NSB

• Lead IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the organization.

• Ensure continuous delivery of IT services in all major business applications, based on a strong infrastructure, with a strong end-user focus and through continuous monitoring of IT systems performance and risk management.

• Develop, track and control the information technology annual operating and capital budgets.

• Be fully responsible SOX IT compliance, internal IT process, budget management, and provide all necessary reporting

• Ensure information security by implementing tools, procedures, policy and awareness training for all employees.

• Drive IT integration program to align with corporate mission, objective and strategy.

• Leverage internal & external resources to ensure network safety, managing the cyberattack in a proactive way.

• To ensure NSB is fully compliant to applicable NOKIA policies, NSB policies as well as local laws, regulations etc.
