Head of IT (f/m/d)

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the creation & execution of the digital plans across all business units & departments
- Ensuring impactful business intelligence reporting tools are in place and properly maintained, and support the creation of BI reports
- Acting as a consultant and proactively provides advice to the broader organization on new technologies, devices, digital trends & practices
- Managing infrastructure and service delivery
- Managing of small to large IT local or global implementation projects
- Supporting and improve efficiency for business to achieve targets and goals
- Driving team and individual performance to deliver the agreed objectives
- Building and coaching a high performing team
- Responsible for the proper management of the IS/IT cost budget as well as of the budget planning
- Coordinating external IT service provider(s) to support IT evolutions for the organization
- Sharing of knowledge of technologies, risks and opportunities, supervising IT compliance
Essential Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Corporate IT service operations, management and solution engineering
- Proven Experience in a IT Service Management environment (ITIL)
- Proven Experience in agile work methods
- Knowledge of global corporate technology solutions and services (Infrastructure, middleware and applications)
- Strong communication ability
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in managing internal and external partners and services
- Ability of understanding of business processes to simplify
- Strong business understanding
- Social and intercultural competence
- Taking ownership and Can do Attitude with high proactivity
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English are a must
Desirable Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, or relevant field highly desirable
- Certification in Service Management, IT technics and agile will be an advance
