For our office in Wiesbaden we are looking for a Head of Immunology Strategic Operations (all genders) Responsibilities in strategic operations: Strategic leader- & ownership of IMM Reaction’s Room Leading x-functional strategic projects on health politics topics (ex: Automatic Subst. WKS III - organisational readiness - Lead) Drive 1MM identity, mindset & branding Strategic meetings (reviews, BeX) support Development & coordination of 1MM Plenum Content for ADT Operational Excellence: HUM Lead / Point of Contact (incl. financial PLN, material approval) 1MM tools (onboarding ppt / updates / CI / Toolbox / etc.) development and updates GM Monthly 1MM Updates coordination External & internal operational efficiencies & standardization Coordination & implementation of TA overarching approaches Business relevant Ad-Hoc Projects Data & Analytics: Competition insights, reports & communication tools Support one integrated market Mkt Research plan for 1MM Winning w/data & defined strategic relevant key analysis (in cooperation with CEX, legal, Mrk or Finance) Ad-Hoc analysis following key strategic projects Qualifications Educated to high degree level, or equivalent (universities, high school); Master level preferred Understands the market, the full range of customer and stakeholder needs as well as issues related to the therapy area, the healthcare environment and evolving landscape Channel mix techniques Financial processes & business acumen Competition, customer base, reimbursement, and market access processes / issues Pharmaceutical industry business, policies, and procedures English & German language (fluent) Principles of and opportunities for conducting market research Experience project management Sales or customer-facing experience and / or experience in marketing in the pharmaceutical industry Successfully manages projects & implements tactics, able to work independently but seek input at appropriate moments Demonstrates interpersonal savvy, and cross-functional team work; builds constructive and effective relationships Develops innovative ideas and approaches; able to innovate to create an effective business development across multiple stakeholders Communicates a compelling and inspired vision or sense of core purpose Positively influences internal / external stakeholders Can effectively cope with change, able to deal with ambiguity and handle risk and uncertainty Supports forecasting and KPI tracking activities, leveraging strong analytical skills Applies strong patient empathy and understanding of customer needs Travel No Job Type Experienced Schedule Full-time Job Level Code M Equal Employment Opportunity At AbbVie, we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop new and innovative solutions for patients.
