Head of Investigation Regulatory Middle East India - Ensure objective, fair, high-quality investigations into allegations of breaches of the Siemens Business Conduct Guidelines as per the relevant company procedures and policies. - Manage the Investigation Hub for the Middle East and India (MEI) and its resources effectively and efficiently to meet the requirements of the Siemens Investigation and Regulatory function. - Managing the Investigation Hub for the Middle East and India (MEI) and investigation personnel effectively to meet the requirements as well as the expectations of all business stakeholders and maintain a good, strong, and collaborative relationship with the latter. - Manage case intake, evaluate new cases and ongoing investigative activities, and plan, manage, conduct, and report on investigations in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Ensure that investigations are conducted and completed in a timely manner and with a risk mitigation and priority driven mindset. - Draft and review Investigation reports to ensure high quality, accuracy, completeness, and consistency. - Manage, supervise, guide, and develop Investigation staff to ensure that professional competence is maintained. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Siemens Investigation and Regulatory department. - Ensure that new cases are properly evaluated and recorded for tracking purposes as per the set policies and procedures. Required Experience - A minimum of 15 years professional work experience in an international environment for a multinational company in the investigation or prosecuting profession with similar experience in conducting investigations into complex cases of fraud and misconduct, including, but not limited to fraud, bribery, and corruption, etc. - Managerial experience with excellent operational leadership skills of several years in a multinational/culturally diverse environment. - Must display mature judgment and initiative and excellent collaboration and communication skills. - Must be able to lead with strategic planning and result based management to achieve the desired objectives.
