职位描述

Job Description

1. Establish investment strategy and source deals in life science fields;

2. Lead due diligence, direct transaction execution team and coordinate transaction closing;

3. Post-closing: interact with the management of portfolio companies, monitor performance and report internally on regular basis;

4. Hire, oversee and train investment team members as appropriate.

任职条件

Requirements

1. Master degree and above in life science/finance, MBA is a plus;

2. 10+ years of successful origination, structuring and closing of private equity or venture capital transactions;

3. Successful exit is a plus;

4. Solid understanding of biotech/pharma/precision medicine.
