Head of Local Fund Custody Operations – Global & Securities Operations

Job Responsibilities

Generic description

• Oversee the daily operations of local fund custody team, e.g. fund accounting, cash clearing, etc.

• Establish and document the operational workflow of Local Fund Custody business

• Coordinate with other functions for business related project

• Responsible for problems solve

• Pursue best practice within established policies, guidelines and strategies

• Demonstrates dedicated, detail-focused character and spirit of cooperation

• Responsible for people management of local fund custody team

Experience / Qualifications

• At least 7 years experiences in local fund custody operations

• University graduate or above

• Computer literate

• Strong interpersonal skills and a team leader.

• Strong read/written and spoken English/Mandarin.

• Strong knowledge of operating systems and processes relating to custody business in a Bank/securities company

• Knowledge of accounting and financial statement exposure
