Mission/Position Headline: Manages the Supply Chain activities and team in organization assigned to ensure optimized Supply Chain services and processes Areas of Responsibility: Deploy logistics strategy according to evolving business scenario to ensure uninterrupted supply to manufacturing. Responsible for Material Management & Warehousing activities including efficient resource utilization and risk management. Responsible for coordinating with global network to implement best practices at the location. Ensures implementation of standards, regulations and guidelines (local & global). Contributes to global programs and initiatives. Capable of leading a large diverse team. Experiences/Requirements: Has at least 8-10 years of experience in handling Supply Chain / Logistics function in a multinational organization with ERP system implementation knowledge. Should have handled Warehouse Operations. Able to connect with the global network and bring in best practice to the location.
