1. Reports to: Chief Supply Chain Officer

2. Location: Guangzhou, China

3. Purpose: Manage all the logistic aspects of the supply chain including

4. Job’s Responsibilities

• Set up the orders by working with the different DESCO

• Make the purchase plan and payment cashflow

• Organise the batch delivery of the order to optimise the space and cashflow

• Manage the stock of the warehouse

• Make the delivery plan and ensure we are following it

• Organise the production of the BBOXX Home (need to deal component by component)

• Make shipping plan and ensure we have the right certification to ship the goods to our markets

• Manage a team of 6 people

• Handle and ensure the ERP is used properly and reflect our stock level

5. Person specification

• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)

• Experience in working in China

• Able to use ERP system

• Good level of Microsoft Office

• Management skills
