Job responsibilities:

Plan and execute Multinational corporate finance strategy in consultation with GM, JGM and in coordination with other branches.

Lead MNC RMs/ARMs in Shanghai and other branches by providing guidance.

Maximize gross profit by managing existing relationship and also increasing number of customers and business volume in risk-mitigated and capital efficient manner.

Obtain customer satisfaction by providing good solutions.

Strictly follow relevant internal and external regulations.

Continuously conduct credit monitoring to minimize credit cost.

Monitor various developments in the market and contribute to develop new products / services for the bank.

Job Requirements:

University graduate; min. 8 years experience in banking/financial services industry; min. 1 year in management position

Good understanding of corporate finance, structured finance, syndicated loan.

Fluent Chinese/English, Analytic & negotiation skill, Quick thinking & reaction, Team-work, Good management & communication skill, business acumen, diligence
