4. Flexible and logical thinking, good communication skills;

5, foreign trade sales experience is preferred.

Job Description:

1. Solve customers' problems by telephone, email and online negotiation.

2. Familiar with the company's product knowledge, timely deal with customers' pre-sales and after-sales problems.

3. Regularly followed up customer orders and package tracking;

4. Improve customer service experience and satisfaction, win repeat customers and actively develop customers.

5. Assisted in collecting market and sales related demand information, summarized and gave feedback, and expanded popular products.

6. Completed other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
