To be qualified for the position, the candidate should have the following elements:

• Holder of Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production or related disciplines
• Have over 12 years of working experience in Electronic Manufacturing industry preferably with working experience in reputable Electronic or EMS companies
• Strong Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering Engineering Background
• Candidates with LEAN, Six Sigma Green Belt or Six Sigma Black Belt will be preferred
• Very good understanding of the Electronic and EMS Industries with good insights of the business trends of the industries
• Competent in formulating business strategies in adopting the latest and practical manufacturing technology and equipment to cope with the business demand effectively
• Able to assess the manufacturing process status and give improvement advice
• Good skills, knowledge and experience in PCAB manufacturing process
• Have the ability to define the “Design for Manufacturing” guilds and implement them successfully
• Equip with good communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Good command of language in terms of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
