• Lead and manage the China MC group in terms of 1) manage the portfolio delivery 2) responsible for talent recruitment and development as well as MC group capability building to support the evolving business 3) drive the MC group value proposition and value creation
• Ensure high quality portfolio delivery in alignment with China R&D strategies and priorities. Enable best practices adoption and process optimization, for efficiency and productivity.
• Work with HR and Biometrics head in recruitment, including interviewing and evaluations for individual candidates, as well as adjustment for recruiting strategy and tactic when there is a need
• Support the development of training for in-house China MCSs and build writing capability in the China MC team. Establish fit-for-purpose sourcing strategy (in-house and out-source approach) for the China MC activities, in supportive of China R&D business priorities
• Develop best practice and process, and leverage advanced tools to support writing and submission excellence and acceleration, and thus to maintain a competitive advantage for AZ to win in China, working with global MC TA heads and R&D China senior leaders
