Lenovo ANZ is seeking a Leader to oversee the Mobile Business Group for the
region. The successful candidate will :-
• Lead the entire Go-to-Market and end-to-end sales strategies across all
trade channel for Motorola Australia and New Zealand.
• Manage the end to end P&L in MBG
• Will have to grow the business both, in the Operator & Retail space
• Develop the business beyond mobile phones for eg: in the services segment
• Understand the entire end to end Business model which includes Marketing,
e-commerce, services etc
• Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures relating to
the region are properly implemented to support the sales teams in their
efforts to accomplish the sales targets
• Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and
incentive planning.
• Improvise / develop model to meet the needs of the business and managed the
RFP process for Australia and New Zealand which reduced costs and improved
efficiencies
• Work closely with ANZ leadership team
#### Position Requirements:
• The candidate MUST come/ be from a Technology Industry
• Excellent understanding of the Operator space, relationship with operators &
make significant growth to the company
• Excellent knowledge of the consumer electronics and the mobile
telecommunications sector
• Have dealt and worked with C level executive within the industry
• Understand the business models of the all our Operators
• Achieve & exceeds sales targets
• A sales leader and driver
• motivate & direct Sales team to establish coverage, distribution and display
objectives to meet sales targets.
• Possess a Master / Bachelor Degree
