Lenovo ANZ is seeking a Leader to oversee the Mobile Business Group for the region. The successful candidate will :- • Lead the entire Go-to-Market and end-to-end sales strategies across all trade channel for Motorola Australia and New Zealand. • Manage the end to end P&L in MBG • Will have to grow the business both, in the Operator & Retail space • Develop the business beyond mobile phones for eg: in the services segment • Understand the entire end to end Business model which includes Marketing, e-commerce, services etc • Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures relating to the region are properly implemented to support the sales teams in their efforts to accomplish the sales targets • Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning. • Improvise / develop model to meet the needs of the business and managed the RFP process for Australia and New Zealand which reduced costs and improved efficiencies • Work closely with ANZ leadership team #### Position Requirements: • The candidate MUST come/ be from a Technology Industry • Excellent understanding of the Operator space, relationship with operators & make significant growth to the company • Excellent knowledge of the consumer electronics and the mobile telecommunications sector • Have dealt and worked with C level executive within the industry • Understand the business models of the all our Operators • Achieve & exceeds sales targets • A sales leader and driver • motivate & direct Sales team to establish coverage, distribution and display objectives to meet sales targets. • Possess a Master / Bachelor Degree We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
