Head of Overseas warehouse



Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the operation team of overseas warehouse, ensure the normal process of receiving orders, allocating and receiving goods, returning and receiving goods, and storage efficiency;

2. Implement and improve warehouse rules and regulations, standardize operation standards and procedures, improve efficiency and reduce costs;

3, scientific management of goods storage location, put forward improvement plan, ensure the utilization rate of the warehouse, reduce the product storage loss rate;

4. Monitored and followed up the delivery time of overseas warehouses, ensured the efficiency of delivery (card delivery, UPS), and effectively coordinated with the company's overall business operation needs;

5. Maintained WMS system product database data and warehouse information, supervised the execution of inventory and result analysis, and put forward improvement plans;

6. Assist other domestic needs.



Job Requirements:

1. good English communication skills;

2. At least 2 years working experience in logistics and warehousing related field, Chinese and overseas students are preferred;

Familiar with logistics warehousing operation process and related logistics equipment use and maintenance specifications, ERP system operation experience is preferred;

4. Strong problem solving and communication skills, sense of responsibility and team spirit, can bear hardships and stand hard work.
