To set up “performance management team” with 1 dedicated Business Development Manager (BDM) / Business Development Executive (BDE) in each region, to manage the performance of full-time Life Advisors and ensure them to achieve company target by planning and executing the handholding program and sales activity management

• Establish the full-time life advisor program with the program plan and regular activities on performance management
• Manage a team of performance managers and executives nationwide and provide guidance on how to handhold and support life advisors to help them achieve sales and business targets
• Identify the learning needs of the life advisors and liaise with training team for training support
• Manage the sales performance of life advisors nationwide and achieve company target
