Role mission: Responsibility for total Purchasing Volume of the assigned Zone RCA for direct and indirect material. Supply of material based on customer requirements at the lowest price whilst ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Methods, Processes and Tools responsibility on RCA level (e.g. controlling and reporting of figures) and contribution to SHS Regions procurement strategic initiatives Responsibilities: Prepare and conduct negotiations for medium Purchasing Volumes to obtain highest feasible savings Standardization Implement and ensure usage of globally defined methods, processes and systems to ensure high process efficiency and process compliance (e.g. compliant Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, Procurement guidelines, IT systems) Monitor the regional and where applicable global markets to create a basis for deciding the optimum sourcing strategy and cooperate with the best suppliers Implement Commodity strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials Define and implement Procurement strategies (which are not covered by Commodity strategies) based on conducted demand, market and supplier analysis to ensure long-term, cost-efficient and reliable on-time supply of materials in the required quality Generate, document and implement savings, e.g. CNI; plan, monitor and report on relevant KPI to contribute to the success of the business and make results transparent Support Supplier Management processes (e.g. qualification, selection, evaluation, development, classification); update supplier evaluation systems to obtain and develop the best suppliers and ensure transparency Ensure a close cooperation with Internal Customers (requisitioners) to ensure customer care and early involvement Support Region Headquarters in order to assure proper implementation of MPC related topics within CEMEA (e.g. Procurement Compliance, Governance & Services, Procurement Performance, Procurement Projects) To succeed in this role, you need to meet the following requirements: Experience in procurement function or cross-functional experience starting from 6-8 years Project and process experience in cross functional environment People management skills with team of minimum 3-4 subordinates Excellent communicating skills Orientation on result Experience in collaboration with international teams Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Healthcare Limited Liability Company Experience Level: Experienced Professional Job Type: Full-time
