Head of Procurement Smart Infrastructure The successful candidate will be responsible for leads procurement of Smart Infrastructure, defines and implements procurement strategy, standards and guidelines in area of responsibility. • Deploys Procurement strategy. • Defines and ensures implementation of Procurement standards, regulations and guidelines. • Manages and contributes to overarching Supply Chain Management/ Procurement programs and initiatives. • Takes care for effective risk management measures. • Ensures efficiency of Procurement operations. • Takes final decision on Procurement unit organization, unit related budgets and decides resource allocation. • Negotiates and seals strategic Procurement related contract • Heads organization assigned and leads all related management and staff Requirements: Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply: • Degree holder in Engineering, business or procurement/logistic degree • At least 10 years relevant experience in large-scale companies with experience of the end-to-end procurement process. • Solid knowledge / experience in Electrical and Mechanical industry • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills • Strong ownership culture and self-initiative to commit targets • Proficiency in both written and spoken English • SAP knowledge is preferrable How to Apply: We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
