You will be responsible of an area of around 70 people located in Germany, India and Czech Republic. With your international experience and your leadership skills you have a strong focus on people development, change management and business transformation and contribute to develop this area towards a strategic pillar of the Mobility organization. In your role you will be responsible to align the functional and the IT strategy for all functions (e.g., FPM, HR, Legal, Communications, Procurement, etc.) and will position SMO IT as a relevant and valuable counterpart for functional topics and decisions. Next to this, you will maintain and develop relationships with functional leaders and understand business and functional strategy to derive implications for SMO IT. Also, you will scan the market for trends, best practices and tech opportunities and will proactively identify and suggest business demands. You will align with global process owners as well as service owners and advise on IT solutions, opportunities, and innovations to provide business value. In addition, you will help us to shape IT solutions to improve business satisfaction and will steer IT resources based on business needs and in alignment with global sourcing strategy. Furthermore, you will take on global and end-to-end ownership for IT solution delivery (run and change) and measure efficiency and effectiveness with defined KPIs. Also, you will align with digital leads from other Business Units and regions to enable exchange of best practices and standardization across SMO and will setup CoE for Data analytics to establish foundation for a data driven company. What do you bring along? You do have a completed university degree in Information Systems, Business or Computer Science. Also, you do have long-term international work experience one of the support functions such as Finance, FPM, Procurement. For example, you bring along In-depth knowledge of financial processes, outcomes and associated risk. You do have work experience within the IT or software area. Experience within the Mobility industry and operational finance aspect of project business within Mobility and broader Siemens You have profound experience in managing teams including global cross-functional teams. In addition, you already gained experience in developing streamlined processes and best practice sharing across regions and/or departments. You are experienced in leading strategic projects in challenging environments. You are experienced in architecture and portfolio management as well as business analysis and development. Furthermore, you bring in strong experience in people development, change management and digital transformation. Demonstrated experience and communication skills dealing with senior level stakeholders in high performance environments, but also multiple levels and peer groups.
