The Project Execution Head has P&L responsibility for all execution projects (the Portfolio of Electrification, Signaling and Telecommunication Projects). Management of PM Pool / Execution resources (Site Installation, Testing & Commissioning). Responsible for all people management activities, inclusive of mentoring, development, and performance management with the aim of creating successful leaders in the organization Responsible for Warranty management. Responsible to perform PM Cross Checks for bids – Early involved PM during Sales / Bid phase. Project management of multiple projects at all stages of the project lifecycle (from initiation to implementation) with the target that project objectives (budget, time and quality) will be met or even exceeded. Maintains good relationship with customers, MEA Region management, HQ and other stakeholders. Effective application of project governance & actively engages stakeholders at all levels. Defines project plans, including the identification of key project activities, business & project resource requirements and critical path. Ensures PM/CPM and Project Management Office staff placement in projects in accordance with the PM@Siemens Guideline. Plans and implements of necessary trainings for the team members and guide the team for career path. Leads overall projects with the assigned PMs/CPMs in a way to ensure project scope is managed, project objectives are met, and an appropriate level of detail is applied. Collaborates with the other functional departments for the overall success of Projects (Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, etc.). Proactive NCC management with the prime target to reduce NCCs and improve profit margins. Improves the controlling/tracking of the performance of the Projects using new digital tools and initiatives. What do I need to qualify? BSc./MSc. Electrical & Electronical Engineering. Supplementary business management qualification would be advantage Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Project management Experience in General Management, Engineering, Project Management, order management, service is essential for this position Senior Project Manager@Siemens certification is a must(Equivalent external certificate : minimum IPMA B level). Experience in People Management including mentoring, development and performance management International working experience, dealing with global teams in multi-locations. Strong negotiation skills Fluent in Turkish & English (German is a plus) Experience in dealing with diverse people including, levels of seniority, cultures, cross boarder exposure International experience and headquarter relationship management experience 10 years Management Experience in leading complex projects Must be strategically focused Must be willing to travel What else do you need to know?
