Join our Smart Infrastructure as Head of Project Management & Engineering Operations and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented! · Leading the teams of project management and engineering in addition Testing & commissioning and factory heads will report to you to achieve BU targets. · Maintaining the synergy among the four teams from the initial stages of the orders/projects until the successful completion. · Driving the ultimate achievement of revenue, gross margin, and cash flow targets of the projects/orders. · Sustaining customer proximity and continuously working on improving customer satisfaction levels. · Maximizing resources utilization and avoiding or minimizing underproductivity. · Ensuring efficient collaboration with the sales/tendering team during bidding stage to produce accurate and competitive estimates for new orders/projects. · Supporting the heads of the four teams in avoiding or minimizing the NCC. · Encouraging the heads and team members to come up with ideas that improve BU cost position and avoid nonconformities. · Collaborating with quality and EHS managers to achieve BU related targets and KPIs. · Working on the development of direct and indirect reports. Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid! University Degree in electrical Engineering. 10 plus years of relevant experience; in electrical projects / sub-stations / electrical grids / smart grids Fluent business spoken and written in English and Arabic Excellent communication skills.
