A leading PERE group is currently seeking a Head of Projects/Construction Director to manage their existing and future assets in Shanghai.  

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills: 

• Degree/Diploma in Construction, Civil, Building Engineering, Architectural or relevant
• 15+ years’ experience with Mixed Used, Industrial or Logistic projects in China
• The candidate should be familiar licensing processes from relevant local government parties and all aspects of site inspections.
• Reporting to the COO and Director of projects, you will oversee project staff from payment terms, claims to technical specifications. There will be frequent travel to neighbouring cities for acquisitions and land surveys with government officials
• Those fluent in Mandarin and English is highly preferred
