You will lead a development team in the field of embedded systems within our international development organization for Electrification & Automation. You will lead approx. 20 R&D employees (firmware/communication/hardware development engineers, project managers & architects) professionally and disciplinarily. You support your employees in their personal development and in achieving their goals in our highly complex development projects. As a project manager, you will lead international R&D teams using agile development processes and promote the ownership culture throughout the organization. You translate customer requirements and problems into concrete tasks and solutions and set up corresponding projects. You are responsible for the associated project budgets and adherence to the time constraints, taking into account the quality requirements and customer benefit. What you need to make real what matters. You have a master's degree in electrical engineering or information technology or a comparable degree program. You have several years of professional experience in leading international teams as a project or team leader. In addition, you have several years of relevant professional experience in the hardware and software development of large-scale products (preferably for embedded real-time systems). You think strategically and develop innovative solutions with your team, which you drive forward with your strong communication skills and persuasiveness. You can organize yourself and your projects in a structured way and know where you need to tackle next to move them forward. You will be able to close your knowledge gaps independently and share acquired expertise with your team. You present confidently in fluent English and German target group-oriented even in an international environment.
