Job Description
Job Summary
As our Head of Recruitment Operations, you will be responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the Recruitment Delivery Centre (RDC); this encompasses both the teams that operate within the RDC and the successful delivery to our clients. As the RDC Executive, you will oversee the design and implementation of new RDC account teams as well as the daily operations.
Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Developing effective relationships with departments and leadership across the organization and ensuring the service provided reflects AGS and client needs.
- Acting as an escalation point for RDC Leadership, Account Management Leadership and/or Executives
- Leadership, with a focus on identifying optimum solutions for both parties.
- Championing Global Delivery’s shift from a dedicated model to a centralized model of delivering recruitment services.
- Managing budgets and driving cost savings through increased efficiencies and thoughtful recruiting team models.
- Developing, monitoring and analysing measures of success for RDC services, including client delivery, internal KPIs, risk and control management.
- Establishing, funding and launching flexible recruiting teams to support existing client programs.
- Ensuring client specific compliance and process adherence is met.
- Evolving the RDC delivery and service provisions through continuous improvement initiatives, innovations/technology and market trends.
- Effecting change management at an RDC, group, functional and organizational level.
- Having full responsibility including hiring, developing, performance management, terminations and pay reviews for all RDC personnel.
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of recruiting delivery including sourcing strategies, operational processes, compliance, and metrics required.
- Comfortable conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct.
- Experience within the Technology, High-Volume Recruitment, RPO and/or MSP service industry.
- Proven track record of success in supporting national, regional or global customers.
- Ability to write client-oriented communications.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and under tight deadlines.
