The Head of Restaurant Guest Service will work closely with the Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, and take guidance from the Guest Experience team. He/She will be responsible for overseeing all events ranging from exclusive hires to private dining dinners from the restaurant perspective. As part of the role, this person will also partake in all Guest Relations responsibilities, such as; corporate relations, our VIP Program, concierge relations and guest communication and will be the link between the restaurants and the guest experience office team.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years’ experience in hospitality or retail – guest facing position
- 1+ years’ experience in a managerial position
- Experience managing reservation and revenue
- Experience planning and executing large scale events
- Experience in training and coaching junior team members
- Experience working in multiple hospitality driven cities such as Ibiza, Hong Kong, Dubai, Melbourne, London or Singapore
- Clear communications skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong English written and oral skills – ability to speak multiple languages
- Bachelor’s Degree
