Morellato Group is now looking for a Head of Sales who is responsible for the overall sales performance of APAC region and leads teams of sales people to achieve sales goals. The Candidate will be accountable for expanding Morellato’s brand presence in the APAC market and for the development and implementation of sales strategies in order to exploit market potential.

• Expanding Morellato’s brand portfolio presence in the APAC market region
• Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• To lead and manage the wholesale, e-commerce and travel retail team to reach individual targets
• To communicate effectively and collaborate with finance and operations division for smooth collaboration
• To drive sales and margin goals for assigned territory, monthly forecast including revenue by brand and customer and ensure aggressive growth rate

Knowledge Required

• Watches / Jewelry understanding & business acumen
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Strong understanding of marketing landscape
• Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in English

Experience Required

• Around 10 years of working experience. Less senior candidates from strategic and dynamic brands could be considered
• Prior experience in Wholesale, Travel Retail, E-commerce and with Distributors Experience in Regional Sales APAC in fashion, lifestyle or accessories

APAC Head of Sales will report to the International Sales Director. Sales team, Marketing team and Customer service (7 people in total) will report to APAC Head of Sales.
