Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic business plans for automotive business
• Manage the sales, support, & development functions in accordance with agreed budgets
• Develop & maintain key client strategic relationships
• Negotiate and conclude contracts with existing and new clients through appropriate propositions, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and client satisfaction, while always ensuring the business is secured at favorable rates
• "Manage pricing policy and margins according to agreed aims, in consultation with other departments
• Maintain a strong focus on the growth and profitability of existing business – both to ensure the company’s interests are protected in a re-negotiation & as a basis for quoting new business"
• Through constant analysis & consultations, ensure that Allianze Assistance China service offering is appropriate for the market, and implement changes to sales & marketing strategies as needed to respond to changing environment
• Develop new product/service initiatives in response to identified opportunities
• Contribute to formulation and implementation of corporate-level policy and strategy, as a member of the management team
• Manage, train, inspire, lead, and empower (where appropriate), direct reporting staff to achieve their full potential
• Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information on the automotive business activities, and contribute to corporate reporting as required
• Prepare annual auto sales budgets with CEO
• Contribute sales & margin budgets with P/L responsibility

Required Experience

• At least 8 years prior work experience in Sales and Management role in automotive industry (car manufacturer or consulting/solution company) with proven successes.
• At least 5 years of working experience in managing sizable sales team
