职位描述

• Determine and implement the company's distribution strategy to deliver sales and profitability targets.
• Develop annual business plans for key distribution partners to ensure Bayer Crop Science is the industry preferred supplier.
• Develop relationships with suppliers, defining and negotiating the trading terms for customers.
• Implement the marketing strategy and challenging the sales team.
• Drive sales planning and control selling progress.
• Ensure the consumption target achievement and enhance customer interaction by the sales team
• Management of the Sales team and implementation of best practice sales initiatives.
• Development of close relationship with Development, Marketing and Supply
• Chain teams to enable focus on new and profitable products, fast and efficient development of new products and ensuring that inventory levels are optimized in the regions.
• Participate with the Marketing Manager and the Managing Director in the co-distribution strategy of key active ingredients.
• Plan and control the sales budget and sales forecasts while achieving a high degree of sales plan accuracy.
• Implement QHSE requirements in sale business especially customer compliance and road safety. Demonstrate a role model for QHSE.

• Education Bachelor Degree or MBA in business, strategy and/or agricultural sciences
• Strong communicator with fluent English and Chinese (oral and written)
• Demonstrated ability to work well cross-functionally Demonstrated analytical and strategy experience Highly developed negotiation and relationship skills Flexible work attitude in a dynamic environment
• Preferred Experience in managing a successful national sales team
• Experience in or direct exposure to the agrochemical industry of China, preferably encompassing field crops and/or horticulture.
• Highly motivated, strong initiative, positive attitude and a willingness to seek and develop new ideas.
