Siemens Healthineers has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Head of Sales - Ultrasound GB&I and Nordics to join our inclusive and collaborative team. This full-time sales role is remote in the UK/Nordics and comes with an attractive salary and benefits package. As the Head of Sales, you will play a key role in achieving sales growth and profitability objectives for Ultrasound in the GB&I and Nordics Baltics regions. You will facilitate good working relationships and ensure a multidisciplinary team approach between your resources working with Siemens Enterprise Services, key account managers, and customer service teams. Responsibilities: · Achieve sales growth targets in the regions, protect and grow current customers · Provide sales supervision, leadership and day-to-day performance management via coaching, managing and motivating the sales teams to meet or exceed the assigned sales target · Ensure effective promotion of Ultrasound Solutions (US) and services to new and existing accounts, effective management of the sales cycle and initial engagement of customers and networks · Actively participate in the US central management team to make collective decisions on how the business is run Requirements: · Knowledge of Siemens Healthineers Ultrasound Solutions product portfolio · Understanding of ultrasound as practiced in Public Hospitals and private hospital departments, especially radiology · Proven sales management experience, coaching teams to win major customer business and big deals · Mature user of CRM tools to drive intelligent sales proactivity, shows leadership in the standardization of CRM focusing on people, processes and technology · Exceptional negotiating skills, financial acumen and line management · Good communication skills and the ability to deal with customers and staff at all levels Benefits: · A competitive salary · Generous pension contributions · 26 days holiday · Access to our flexible benefits from private medical insurance to dental cover · Corporate Social Responsibility opportunities including 2 paid volunteering days per year · Support from our 24/7 employee assistance programme Being part of our team: Siemens Healthineers is a leading medical technology company with a 170-year legacy of first-to-market technologies and product innovations.
