Responsibilities:

? Drive the continuous improvement efforts across the North Asia sub-region
? Align and support the projects identified by the North Asia countries about the CARE program
? Drive the change and business transformation to ensure the competitiveness and efficiency of operational processes and service quality customers facing
? Drive corrective and preventive actions in line with performance improvement plans
? Develop culture of quality, service excellence, flexibility and cost consciousness in line with the CARE program for North Asia countries
? Enhance interaction between organization and customers including customer journey, brand and product touch-points the customer interacts with and the environments the customer experience during the end to end processes


Requirements:


? Degree holder educated, preferably in Logistics or related disciplines
? 5-7 years' experience in sustainability, business process management, six sigma
? Holder of Lean Six Sigma – Black Belt
? Good command of written and spoken English
? Proficiency in PC applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and strong typing skill (Chinese and English word processing)
? Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferred
