YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for the local IT activities of all internal and third party business including onsite IT support to enable daily business with strong focus on quality and manufacturing IT
• Be accountable for the implementation of global IT blueprint and the further development of the IT organisation
• Ensure the compliance and availability as well as the GxP-appropriate operating of all manufacturing IT systems
• Drive strategic and operational integration of engineering and information technology components
• Implement and run suitable and site-compatible IT solutions based on divisional and corporate standards and best practices
• Realize high compliance and quality standards to ensure business continuity and mitigation of risks
• Be responsible for budget, functional people development and networking with other sites
• Be single point of contact for Site Head regarding IT/OT and ensure integration between site, division and corporate functions

WHO YOU ARE

• University Degree (M.Sc. or Diploma) in IT, business informatics or a comparable qualification combined with a long-term experience in managing respective functions
• Sound Project Management skills
• Strong conceptual skills with the ability to motivate others
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
• Strong strategic and analytical skills as well as the ability to work in a complex environment under time pressure
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
