The Challenge You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO and the Country’s Management Teams, collaborating in the formulation of the strategy and in the achievement of strategic and business objectives. You will have the ultimate responsibility for the direct sales activities of Electrical Products, leading the team of sales and sales support. What we expect Have strong operational experience in leading a team of Electrical Products sales of an international organization – ideally for a regional legal entity in a project, sales and service environment. Speak English fluently. International experience either outside of the home country or in a global corporation is an advantage. Are capable to successfully manage multiple priorities and reporting requirements. Are proactive, dynamic, decisive & results oriented. As well as collaborative and a team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Work permit in Kazakhstan is essential for this role.
