Job Description
Position Description: Lenovo Services EMEA is looking for a Head of Software Business and Sales who will be responsible for soliciting, qualifying, and closing new accounts, identifying appropriate contacts within these accounts, and handling customer inquiries with superb customer service. You will work with the sales, marketing, customer success and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long- term account goals in line with company vision and values. Your responsibilities are to: • Develop the Software Portfolio with existing and new offerings with our SW partners such as Microsoft (MS CSP, Azure), Absolute Software, Sentinel One, Lanschool as well as Lenovo’s own SaaS portfolio. • Build a Sales Team across key markets to deliver strong growth. • Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Services Sales LT, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year that lead to meeting or exceeding sales quota. • Work with the Core HW-Sales Teams across EMEA to build pipeline across all Business Models (Global Accounts, EPS, SMB, Channel) • Work with the WW Teams on defining consistent offerings for our Customers in EMEA • Work with the Enablement and Marketing Teams to ensure successful operation. • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all supporting departments. #### Position Requirements: • Proven track record of incubating a new business inclusive of organizational setup and enablement • Experience in building and implementing a comprehensive business plan inclusive of GTM planning, channel strategy, resource requirements • Ability to identify and implement a strategy that includes enhanced sales enablement methods to showcase Lenovo’s portfolio offering • Experience in software sales in the B2B segment especially in the large and very large enterprise and public sector space • Team Leader or Manager experience • In-depth product knowledge across SW portfolio (Productivity & Security) • Experience in working with Channel Partners and Channel programs • Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models. • Build a Sales Team across key markets to deliver strong growth.
