Our client is a leading fortune 500 pharmaceutical group.

Work closely with the GM and leadership team to formulate 5 year strategic plan and actions of the organisation.

Lead or co-lead cross-functional projects.

Act as a project management resource for other functions.

Coach and help develop junior members of the Strategic Planning and Business Development department.

Oversee business/market dynamics, syndicated data, sales analysis and corresponding presentations so as to identify and capitalise on the most advantageous business opportunities.

Advanced degree (PhD, Master's, MBA

Fluent English (written, spoken)

Significant project management experience in direct/indirect leadership role (Engagement Manager / Project Manager at major consulting company, or equivalent role in industry).

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills are critical

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (sales/marketing, finance, project work) and with senior management is desirable.
