1. Line managed by headquarters, report to Chinese operating company, do not participate in the executive management, merely responsible for academic research and management.
2. Based on Lucton Nursery School UK curriculum (EYFS & Key Stage 1), design and build our curriculum for kids of 2-6 years old.
3. Responsible for building and updating the curriculum, and deliver the up-to-date contents to other teaching staff.
4. Responsible for implementation of curriculum, including building and counselling, hosting regular staff meetings to ensure the consistency of curriculum implementation.
5. Assist the principal in recruiting non Chinese teaching staff, including staff interviewing.
6. In accordance with the actual demand, provide training on relevant curriculum for Chinese and non Chinese teaching team and make an assessment on training.
7. Observe teaching, evaluate performance, make assessments on teachers’ performance and communicate and report to the principal at specified intervals.
8. Communicate and coordinate with Lucton Nursery School UK on practical operating, style setting, curriculum building and implementing.
9. Assist in Lucton Nursery external communication, interaction with parents and prospective parents, and implementation of admission.
10. Set up and implement the child’s growing assessment, report the child’s learning progress, supervise completion of the child’s growing profile.
11. Advise on appropriate further education based on the child’s performance evaluation to date, and assist admission officer in further education counsel.
