The Infineon Operations is a full service organization working to best meet internal and external customer demands. Its first priority is to maintain and further improve the valuable existing cooperation between the divisions and manufacturing as well as Purchasing, Quality Management and Supply Chain. This will contribute to achieving the desired value-added in the new integrated organization (frontend, backend, testing, planning). This is our way toward greater productivity and innovation, enabling us to gain a lead over our competitors.

In your new role you will:

• Focus on maximum supply chain performance (KPIs, cost, Greater China revenue and audit compliance) and on customer satisfaction.
• Ensure people development to support growth (competency development, appraisal, coaching, talent pipeline).
• Guarantee full compliance with Infineon's strategy and processes.
• Business interface to GC management for product supply and demand related issues and customer satisfaction.

• CLM (Customer Logistics Management) focus: global demand fulfilment and supply chain management considering GC customer requirements:
  • Management interface to customer with regard to supply chain issues.
  • Drive a detailed understanding about customer supply chain needs and deploy supply chain programs and agreements.
  • Contribute to global CLM strategy.

• LOG (Logistics) focus: management of all LOG activities in GC:
  • Warehouse operation, expansion and productivity improvement
  • Transit towards customers and cross-docks
  • Customs

• More details:
  • Provide leadership to the regional CSC team to drive long-term strategy and tactical execution as they relate to KPIs, continuous process improvements, supporting revenue goals, and delivering high quality service for all demand fulfilment related activity.
  • Through collaboration and close communication, work with peers and management in other functional areas and in other regions to realize demand fulfillment excellence and premium customer service for regional customers; align on common goals towards success
  • Build organizational capability through effective hiring, training, coaching and mentoring to facilitate the development of the CSC talent and support growth; among others focus on customer engagement and cross-cultural understanding
  • Lead supply chain relevant regional projects, participate in or lead defined global projects, and ensure appropriate regional resources are available to support projects as required.
  • Evaluate and deal with new/complex supply chain requirements in a dynamic business environment through domain expertise, analytical thoughts and structures; balance between standards and regional interests
  • Work closely with the LOG Head to provide oversight of LOG activities including customs to ensure compliance with governmental regulations and IFX internal controls; transit management governance, warehouse operational performance
  • Be the interface to GC Management and GC SMD team for demand/supply gaps, customer trends and feedbacks; bring supply chain expertise to support new projects and customer engagement
  • Engage regularly with GC customers management to build relationship and show Infineon supply chain capabilities; engage with LSP management to ensure the best service and support

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Commercial, Logistics or Sales/Marketing education/study
• Minimum 15 years professional and management experiences
