Job Description

Head of 17 persons across Mainland China, Hong-Kong and Taiwan, the Head of Supply Chain Greater China, will ensure supply chain process efficiency and cost control with his/her team leaders. His/Her responsibility areas encompass the below managements:

-   Supply and demand forecast: Ensure inventory security levels for each region (including Mainland China 9 Warehouse), through sales forecast and accurate order recommendation.

-   Logistic shipment: Drive orders to suppliers (Europe, America, Oceania). Ensure right shipment arrivals to countries (coordination: suppliers, forwarders, importation local regulation)

-   Warehouse: Mainland China: Co-lead and support local logistic team (SZ) with SOP improvements. HK & TW: Ensure right Warehouse Management System to optimize resources.

-   Customer Service: QA consolidation and follow up. Ensure good delivery and customer service to end customers (HK/TW). Share practice and KPI’s with local teams (Mainland China).

-   Adhoc: Company’s projects; Yearly negotiation freight rates and others 3PL, contracts review. Negotiation with suppliers on MOQ, and other logistic conditions.

-   His/Her direct reportings are to Mainland China and Hong-Kong GMs.

Academics / Skills:

• Degree in Procurement & Supply-Chain
• At least 8 years of experience in Logistic
• Leadership and pro-active attitude candidate
• Strong problem solving, critical analytical thinking, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
• Time, task, and resource management skills. Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office Excel, Power BI a plus
• ERP System understanding
