Job Description
As our Regional Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas you will lead the recruiting team within this region while sitting as part of the global talent acquisition leadership team. You will design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire the most qualified candidates across the region to meet our ever changing and complex business needs. You will be the linchpin bringing together key partnerships in your region between TA and various internal and external stakeholder groups and will act as a true brand ambassador and advocate. You are a leader who is comfortable navigating a highly complex, matrixed organization and who invests heavily in creating exceptional experiences for stakeholders across the board. You have lead geographically dispersed teams across this region before and come with experience and insights as to the synergies and divergences that impact our ways of working accordingly. In the role you will: Build and foster strong connections with key business leaders across the region Proactively identify and address hiring needs in collaboration with regional HR, talent management and the business Act as key global contact to one or more business lines’ senior leadership on recruiting matters and updating on progress accordingly Get hands on to help deliver more senior hires within the region – in collaboration with the executive recruitment team Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates while driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience Participate in our company’s strategic planning regarding employee development, succession planning and engagement within the region to get closely aligned to other areas of talent Evaluate sourcing and selection procedures in collaboration with TA CoEs supporting your regional needs As a member of the TA Leadership Team – co-defining and sometimes leading projects focused on continuous improvement Manage a team of recruiters and provide assistance as needed Promote diversity and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates Continually focus on creating exceptional experiences across our hiring manager population as well as our candidates all the while also focusing on the journeys recruiters walk through to make a hire and ensuring opportunities for our recruiters to thrive Partner with recruitment marketing and local communications teams to organize events, campaigns and other routes to market to establish a strong employer brand within the region Ensure proper onboarding and training for new hires Ensure recruiting activity, success and planning is anchored in data and promoting the consistent best practice usage of recruiting metrics to tell the story Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of experience in a recruiting with a good portion of this being in-house At least 5 year experience in a manger+ role including managing a geographically dispersed team Experience managing teams across the Americas region and/or globally Ability to build strong partnerships with leaders at all levels Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations Proven track record of applying a data-driven approach to building talent pipelines Passion for developing, mentoring and leading people The pay range for this position is $205,000 - $283,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
