Job Title: Head of Talent Acquisition, China
Working location: Chengdu / Shanghai
Main responsibilities:
Lead China corporate talent acquisition team to support senior position recruitment and mass recruitment for new hospital projects.
Act as a talent advisor, communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence to stakeholders, hiring managers and hospital HR teams.
Build and shape talent acquisition function throughout all hospitals in China to ensure consistent processes and practices.
Identify the best suitable talents for various roles in China to enhance effective recruitment.
Develop creative & innovative sourcing channels with a focus on direct sourcing to ensure successful delivery of talents.
Build up employer brand in the market to attract and retain talents, and develop talent pools for business growth & expansion.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- More than 10 years of working experience in talent acquisition.
- Solid knowledge and proven experience in recruitment/talent management/ employer branding.
- Excellent interpersonal & communications skills.
- Strategic thinking abilities with hands-on operational experience and strong business acumen.
- Positive, creative, presentable, open-minded, and willing to adapt and take on challenges and pressures.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-pace and challenging environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to be mobile or travel frequently.
