Responsibilities:


  • Reports to the Head of Human Resources
  • Create organizational charts and define each position’s responsibilities
  • Functioning as Centre-of-Expertise to provide proactive hiring solutions to businesses and market intelligence/trends to influence manpower planning and deliver competitive advantage in talent acquisition.
  • Work in partnership with hiring managers to understand job requirements, recommending sourcing channels and agreeing timescales for delivery.
  • Maintain an active candidate pipeline using a mix of channels including direct networks, university relations, e-recruitment tools
  • Take an active role to promote Lam Soon Employment Brand in the external market through networks, conferences, social media, and university partnerships.
  • Build talent pipelines and develop succession plan
  • Develop and implement Performance Management process across all locations
  • Discuss career-pathing options with high-potential employees
  • Conduct skills gap analyses to determine personnel develop needs
  • Design and deliver employee training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill-based and management training)
  • Develop, analyze, and report on the Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Development recruitment performance metrics

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with minimum of 10 years’ experience in Talent Management / Recruitment /Talent Development within a multinational company
  • Proven experience as a Talent Management leader overseeing a team of 2-4 officers
  • Commercial acumen and partner with the business as a Talent Advisor bringing knowledge like market intelligence, talent landscape, etc.
  • Proven experience researching and implementing industry recruiting best practices, and leading improvement initiatives
  • Proven experience in designing talent development program and conduct succession plan is an advantage
  • Good level of maturity and confidence with the ability to communicate and present in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and good prioritization skills
  • Advanced computer skills with MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
  • Willing to travel
