The role You safeguard and govern the global availability and quality of our Support Services and Trainings towards our stakeholders within the business units and in the regional countries Guide and further develop the internationally distributed TSS Teams - for Tech Product Support and Training – in Milano, Munich and Zug Optimize the workflows with other support locations in the US and China as you have the global governance for local service activities Manage the budget planning and costs of the complete TSS team in the different organizations. Our innovative Production and Media team is also part of the overall responsibilities. Align with the team head for the best possible flow of content and ideas. Furthermore, the role also covers the service side of our security portfolio Continuously further develop the organizational set up and skill sets of TSS, in line with the needs of a successful current and future Building Products business You also act as an escalation and mitigation level for customer complaints and provide solutions where necessary Develop a concept and implement a pre-sales support team to strongly support the successful product launches Hard skills We are looking for a person with a background in customer service within a multinational organization. You are as close as possible to the industrial domain, as this guarantees the right grasp of our products and the corresponding lifecycles and dependencies In terms of leadership capabilities, you can guide a team of 7 direct reports (Team Heads) and indirectly more than 80 employees in 4 locations, including an eight-digit number of budget.
