Within our SI RSS Smart Building Solutions team in the region Asia-Pacific, we are looking for a Head of Technical Support for BMS/TBS solutions. In close collaboration with our sales and portfolio colleagues from countries in our region you will drive success, enhancing the offerings for our customers. The nature of this role means you will dive into various markets, teams and products. Your new responsibilities Responsibility for the Technical Support and training on BMS (Building Management Systems) for the region Lead a distributed team with members in various countries Coordinate with HQ portfolio teams of building automation & controls Set focus on adding value to the Regional Solutions and Service sales channels and support the installed base for a successful Service business Drive portfolio rollouts of our innovative products and solutions in the region, in alignment with global HQ Coordinate with the Fire safety and Security support teams and provide approvals for the LOA projects Handle the PSS (Product & Solution Security) activities for the region Head the ‘Application Integration Center’ owning the customization development activities involving internal & external developers. Identify innovative business models for our customers and develop ecosystem with partners. Your skills and experience We are looking for a forward-thinking, enthusiastic and output oriented team colleague with a proven track record in building automation Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science or similar education, ideally combined with a further education in business studies 10+ years hands-on experience in implementing building automation projects and Total Building solutions Expertise in Cyber Security related to BMS solutions Well organized, structured and used to work in an international and complex environment Team player with strong international collaboration proficiencies and the ability to lead without formal authority Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
