Job Responsibilities:

• To provide technical advice/solution to external customer and internal user
• Responsible to deliver technical implementation and support services
• To manage a dedicated technical team for service delivery, including staff mentoring, performance management,training and development
• To assist in maintaining customer relationship on project and support related matters
• To participate in customer meeting regarding technical proposals, projects and support services
• Liaise with related vendors regarding technical issues/solutions
• Responsible for all technical documentation on project and or support related matters
• Responsible for managing all in-house IT infrastructure and applications systems
• Responsible for managing and scheduling for all technical tasks, both for external customer and internal user

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma, Major in Computer Science / Information Engineering /Electrical Engineering and related disciplines
• At least 10 years’ experience in IT relevant areas
• Experience in firewall, networking, security endpoint, Open systems O/S, VM, Windows and Cloud related products and solutions, Exchange) and Linux Servers
• Excellent project management skills and experience
• Certain knowledge in applications development and user requirement analysis would be an advantage
• Possession of certain technical qualifications, such as CISSP, CCNP, PMP &  MCSE
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal presentation and people management skills
• Self-initiated, highly motivated, meticulous result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Work well with sales & technical teams to achieve targets
• Reliable, independent, well-organized and dynamic to cope with fast-paced environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
