This role leads the Global Collections responsibilities for leading the Process Transformation, Next Generation Collections technology program management, NA Control Utility, and the orchestration of organizational communications. This position will report to the Managing Director for Global Collections and Credit Initiation. This position is a member of the Global Collections/Credit Initiation leadership team and helps to coordinate and drive diverse perspectives towards global standards for the function.
This position also focuses on operational process efficiency and effectiveness opportunities for the Collections portfolios including Cards, Mortgage, Retail Banking and local Consumer Lending in NA and works with global operations teams to develop and implement transformative process changes. Developing relationships and influencing change with key stakeholders including business operations leadership, NA and Global Risk Control teams, Compliance, and Legal are key responsibilities for this Director. Responsibilities also include leading the Collections Risk Control Utility, and cross-portfolio communication, and project management efforts for Global Collections.

Requirements:
- Experience in dealing with stakeholders at senior levels (international experience preferable).
- 10 - 15+ plus years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of business procedures, financial services, risk industry knowledge.
- Ability to navigate through the global framework, handle conflicting priorities and goals.
- Collections operations experience and knowledge preferred.
- Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team to develop solutions.
- Ability to understand customer needs and manage expectations.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
