This role reports to our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, should possess strong management and operation skills to lead Therapist Team in 4 treatment centres.

 Responsibilities: 

• Weekly reporting to Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Managing Directors
• Drive treatment operations manpower planning; coach and energize a therapist team of 70+ staff to provide excellent customer service and maximize business results
• To work with Customer Services team and Call Centre team closely
• To develop overall strategies and initiatives to enhance therapist performance in order to achieve daily Realization Target
• Achieving monthly KPI, take part in business forecast, and competitive analysis
• Working closely with different internal departments, in the development and implementation of operations strategies to meet Company's business goals
• Drive operational excellence and deploy best practices across all operational aspects to meet or exceed business targets as well as customer satisfaction
• Involves in other projects related to treatment and operations management

Requirements:

• Over 5 years’ operations management experiences in beauty industry/ prepaid packages related industries, with sound knowledge in laser treatment is an advantage
• Target and results oriented, proven track record of building a strong team persistently to achieve required outcome
• Strong in business forecast and sensitive in data analysis
• Strong in people management and leading team
• Good business planning, organization and negotiation skills
• Mature, independent, proactive and good team player. Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Treatment Department Manager
