Key Responsibilities
• Lead the University Guidance Strategy: Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive advisory programme for students and parents.
• Master the UCAS Process: Serve as the school's UCAS expert, overseeing all applications from registration to submission. This includes guaranteeing the accuracy of predicted and final grades within the system.
• Drive Student Application Quality: Guide students in developing compelling personal statements and provide direct support throughout their application journey.
• Oversee School References: Collaborate with teaching staff to identify student strengths and compile powerful, accurate UCAS references.
• Manage Global Applications: Direct the application processes for the US,
Hong Kong, and Australia, ensuring adherence to specific requirements and deadlines.
• Mentor and Lead: Manage the university guidance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
