The Business Segment of Control (DI FA CTR) is providing the hard- and software for the control and its engineering today and in the future. We have the full responsibility of the PLM process, its portfolio strategy and implementation. This includes our programmable logic controllers from Logo! all the way to the SIMATIC S7-1200/ 1500, the engineering platform, the software STEP 7 and others, our industrial computing and new technologies such as industrial Edge, AI applications, Soft- and Virtual Controls, Industrial Communications and others. DI FA CTR consists of 8 Business and System Lines organized as independent as possible, but all dedicated to our overall mission and vision. As a member of the leadership team you will lead our “Center of Services, Portfolio & Strategy” organization and orchestrate the process to define the overall mission, vision, strategy and its implementation together with the management team Drive a virtual team of specialists with the goal to define, align and plan the portfolio strategy and roadmaps, aligned with other business segments Support segment management for consistent communication of strategy, portfolio and business goals towards customers, our employees and for conferences The unit you lead provides overall services for planning & logistics for the segment(s) and business lines with a dedicated team Built an interpersonal culture enabling our people to continuously identify with our vision Lead strategic projects and activities relevant for Control segment Acting as a role model, you will build a culture of teamwork & trust What you need to make real what matters.
