In your new role you will be responsible for leading the IPC PO team. You are a passionate product leader with a proven track record of building amazing teams You will collaborate closely with our Product Portfolio Managers as well as guide our POs on backlog management and help the POs to work more customer centric You put strong emphasis on the collaborative work with our second development site in China In this role, you will have the chance to develop an understanding on IPC market, and IPC technology trends For this purpose, you will work in agile, self-organized network structures that will ensure the implementation success of the agile development process You will prioritize features with the Product Portfolio Manager and Product Creators to move industrial grade HW in an agile development process forward By working with customers, you will make sure customer needs are well understood and integrated in the product roadmap. Our customers rely on your solutions to build a better future What you need to make real what matters. 5+ years of in product portfolio management/product owner experience in HW that includes leadership position You are experienced in the automation industry, especially in the area of electronic development on x86 platforms You are adept of the agile methodologies You have a proven success in building prosperous products We expect you to be experienced in defining/prioritizing product requirements You are the innovator we need.
